  • Dyeing Process

Dyeing process is done above 100-degree temperature to achieve color fastness. After dyeing process is completed, wet dyed yarns are dried up in open sun light.

Designs are chartered out on a graph and the weavers translate the graphic designs into knots on a carpet. The dyed yarn is made into balls and scissors, iron rod, lever and comb beaters are used as tolls.

  • Trimming, Washing and Drying Process:

After rugs are knotted from loom, they are brought to cutting and clipping according to the designs, where experienced worker clears the pattern and trim the pile with the help of scissors to get the desired design.

  • Final Finishing and Packing Process

After all the procedure, the completed rugs are examined in details. All washed carpets are rolled and wrapped polythene sheets and which are sealed at each end.
